Peppermint Ice
Peppermint Ice. (N. Krull 94) Origin: Hybrid. Nearly round black-green foliage, highlighted by a 1 inch wide central band of gold. As the leaf matures, the gold center pattern changes to cream and then pure white which lasts the rest of the season. A hybrid of William Lachman x Montana. Two foot wide clumps are topped with a 2' tall scape of lavender flowers in mid summer.
